Orders
How does pickup work for online orders?
At this time, pickup is available in either north Snohomish or Monroe. After we receive your order, we will contact you to schedule the exact date and time for order pickup. (You are also welcome to contact us at hello@theenchantedforestbookshop.com or (360) 815-0067 if you prefer to coordinate pickup before submitting your order.)
Pickup location details are listed below.
- North Snohomish: Our future location in Snohomish Station at 2809 Bickford Avenue, Suite C
- Monroe: Our former pop-up bookshop location in the Galaxy Theatres Monroe Lobby at One Galaxy Way -- movie tickets are not required for access to the lobby

Note: All automated order communications will list Snohomish as the sole store pickup location -- this is a limitation of Shopify.
Can you ship my order?
As a microbusiness, we unfortunately do not have the resources to ship orders at this time. Instead, we encourage you to shop our our affiliate site on Bookshop.org for any orders that need to be shipped.
What is Bookshop.org?
Bookshop.org is an e-commerce site that works to connect readers with independent booksellers all over the world. Every purchase on the site financially supports independent bookstores. When you shop The Enchanted Forest Bookshop store on Bookshop.org we receive a commission for the sales.
We encourage you to learn more about Bookshop.org and help us spread the word about how they support independent bookstores.
Can I buy a book from you that is not on your website?
Most likely, yes. We work with 20+ publishers and are happy to order any book our partner publishers have available.
For a sizeable order, we'd be happy to start working with a new publisher, as long as we can meet the publisher's minimum order requirements. Please note, we have found that the lead time for receiving books from a new publisher for the first order can take about four weeks, depending on the publisher.

Where is your bookshop located?
Our semi-permanent pop-up bookshop inside Galaxy Theatres Monroe closed on July 13 so we can focus on preparing to open our brick-and-mortar bookstore this September.
Until our new bookstore opens, you can shop with us here on our website and pick up orders locally in Monroe or Snohomish.
When will your brick-and-mortar bookstore be open?
We're thrilled to share that our brick-and-mortar bookstore will be opening in Sept. 2025! Our future location will be in Snohomish Station at 2809 Bickford Avenue, Suite C, Snohomish, WA 98290.

Do you partner on fundraisers?
Yes! Although we are new and small, supporting the community is very important to us. We welcome opportunities to partner with schools and non-profits on fundraising book fairs and other fundraising initiatives that benefit the community. Contact us to learn more!
What partnership opportunities do you offer for schools?
We're excited to partner with local schools, daycares and homeschool co-ops to support literacy programs and a love of reading! Check out our School Partnerships page for opportunities we'd love to share with your school.
I'm a local author/illustrator. How can I sell my book(s) through you?
We love supporting local authors and illustrators. If a book meets our criteria and is geared towards children ages 12 and under, we'd be happy to discuss adding it to our shelves.
