Orders
How does pickup work for online orders?
At checkout, you'll be able to schedule the date and time for picking up your order. Pickup is typically available in Snohomish (Wednesdays and Thursdays) and Monroe (Fridays thru Sundays).
Location details are as follows:
- Downtown Snohomish: Space 802 Parking Lot at 802 1st Street
- Monroe: Galaxy Theatres Monroe Lobby at One Galaxy Way -- movie tickets are not required for entry to the lobby

Note: All automated order communications will list Monroe as the store pickup location -- this is a limitation of Shopify. At this time, all Wednesday and Thursday pickups will be in Snohomish at the location listed above.
Can you ship my order?
As a microbusiness, we unfortunately do not have the resources to ship orders at this time. Instead, we encourage you to shop our our affiliate site on Bookshop.org for any orders that need to be shipped.
What is Bookshop.org?
Bookshop.org is an e-commerce site that works to connect readers with independent booksellers all over the world. Every purchase on the site financially supports independent bookstores. When you shop The Enchanted Forest Bookshop store on Bookshop.org we receive a commission for the sales.
We encourage you to learn more about Bookshop.org and help us spread the word about how they support independent bookstores.
Can I buy a book from you that is not on your website?
Most likely, yes. We work with nearly 20 publishers and are happy to order any book our partner publishers have available.
For a sizeable order, we'd be happy to start working with a new publisher, as long as we can meet the publisher's minimum order requirements. Please note, we have found that the lead time for receiving books from a new publisher for the first order can take about four weeks, depending on the publisher.

Where is your shop located?
At this time, you can shop The Enchanted Forest Bookshop online and at our pop-up shop, which you can typically find in Monroe or Snohomish, WA. See our Contact Us page for current pop-up shop location and schedule details.
Do you have plans to open a brick-and-mortar store?
Absolutely! We definitely have plans to open a brick-and-mortar bookshop in the future. With community support, and the right timing and location, we know we'll get there!

Do you partner on fundraisers?
Yes! Although we are new and small, supporting the community is very important to us. We welcome opportunities to partner with schools, daycares and non-profits on fundraising book fairs and other fundraising initiatives that benefit the community. Contact us to learn more!
I'm a local author/illustrator. How can I sell my book(s) through you?
We love supporting local authors and illustrators. If a book meets our criteria and is geared towards children ages 12 and under, we'd be happy to discuss adding it to our shelves.
