Location

Where is your shop located?

At this time, The Enchanted Forest Bookshop is a pop-up shop only. You can find us in temporary locations, typically in Snohomish or Monroe, WA. See Events for our upcoming locations and schedule.

Do you have plans to open a brick-and-mortar store?

Absolutely! We definitely have plans to open a brick-and-mortar bookshop in the future. With community support, and the right timing and location, we know we'll get there!

Orders

How does pickup work for online orders?

Once an online order is submitted, you'll receive a confirmation email with the following pickup options: (1) pickup during an upcoming pop-up shop day, or (2) scheduled pickup outside pop-up shop hours/days. Scheduled pickups typically take place in Snohomish or Monroe, with some exceptions possible.

If preferred, you can always contact us at hello@theenchantedforestbookshop.com or (360) 815-0067 to arrange pickup before submitting an online order.

Can you ship my order?

As a microbusiness, we unfortunately do not have the resources to ship orders at this time. Instead, we encourage you to shop our our affiliate site on Bookshop.org for any orders that need to be shipped.

What is Bookshop.org?

Bookshop.org is an e-commerce site that works to connect readers with independent booksellers all over the world. Every purchase on the site financially supports independent bookstores. When you shop The Enchanted Forest Bookshop store on Bookshop.org we receive a commission for the sales.

We encourage you to learn more about Bookshop.org and help us spread the word about how they support independent bookstores.

Can I buy a book from you that is not on your website?

Most likely, yes. We work with nearly 20 publishers and are happy to order any book our partner publishers have available.

For a sizeable order, we'd be happy to start working with a new publisher, as long as we can meet the publisher's minimum order requirements. Please note, we have found that the lead time for receiving books from a new publisher for the first order can take about four weeks, depending on the publisher.

General

Do you offer book fair fundraisers?

Yes! We offer multiple book fair fundraiser models -- at your site, online, and hybrid -- and we recommend at least eight weeks to plan the event. Contact us at hello@theenchantedforestbookshop.com or (360) 815-0067 for more details.

I'm a local author/illustrator. How can I sell my book(s) through you?

We love supporting local authors and illustrators. If a book meets our criteria and is geared towards children ages 12 and under, we'd be happy to discuss adding it to our shelves.
