About the contributor(s)

Rana Tahir is an educator and author. She is a Kundiman Fellow and a member of RAWI. Her work can be found in BAHR magazine and Catch literary magazine among other places. She received her MFA from Pacific University and teaches in Portland, OR.

Patrick Spaziante is an illustrator hailing from the Big Apple. He has worked on children’s books, comics, and toy merchandise. He can usually be found at home, creating something new and enjoying anime. 

Patrick is very happy to introduce his daughter, Katherine Spaziante, a recent graduate of Purchase College. Just beginning her artistic career, Katherine assisted on this book’s cover. He thanks her for keeping the Spaz name alive and well!
